Coffee from the lava fields

Our farm sits at 2,400 feet on the western slope of Hualālai, where porous volcanic rock drains the afternoon rain and the morning sun burns slow through the vog. Coffee trees love it here. So do we.

Every lot is hand-picked, sun-dried on the old lanai, and roasted in twelve-pound batches — small enough that nothing hides. What you taste is the hill itself.
